We have come a long way together. Today I am so pleased to be able to share with you  a significant development regarding the Andaz Turks and Caicos project:

We have successfully concluded the final phase of lender financing, a pivotal achievement that marks the commencement of construction for this highly anticipated project.
 

This milestone has been made possible through the collaborative efforts of our lead lender, Alpha Technologies Inc., and the entire development team.
 

Furthermore, I am delighted to introduce a valuable addition to our team, Mr. John Zammit. With his strong experience as a real estate developer and his deep roots in the Turks & Caicos community, Mr. Zammit brings a wealth of knowledge and insight that will undoubtedly contribute to the success of this endeavor.
 

Set against the picturesque backdrop of Grace Bay Beach, Andaz Turks & Caicos is poised to redefine luxury living, offering a contemporary and sophisticated experience. The project will debut as the island’s second luxury branded resort, and the first for the Hyatt Hotels portfolio. We eagerly anticipate the moment when we can extend a warm welcome to owners and guests, with our doors opening in late 2025.
