Our on-site team has been diligently shaping up the interiors of both hotel and condo towers! Recent progress includes concrete plastering, building out partition walls, and installing essential plumbing and electrical systems. The project remains 100% on track for the grand opening in early 2026.

Francisco blends the rich palette of the Caribbean with a captivating patchwork of island style, incorporating unique decorative traditions. Corals of Opportunity
Environmental Journalist Teresa Tomassoni recently wrote a powerful article about Alizée Zimmermann’s tireless mission to save the delicate coral reef ecosystem that safeguards the Turks and Caicos Islands. As the Executive Director of the Turks and Caicos Reef Fund, one of her first initiatives involved rescuing corals at risk from coastal developments, giving them a second chance at life.
“Alizée Zimmermann saw corals dying en masse and built a living biobank to hold corals on land. With ocean temperatures hitting unprecedented highs due to climate change, she doesn’t plan on putting them back.” -Teresa Tomassoni for Inside Climate News.
Andaz Turks & Caicos has worked closely with Alizée in creating the TCRF's Reef Keeper Conservation Program. This program allows businesses of any size play their role in actively funding this non-profit's ongoing conservation efforts. As Champion Reef Keepers, we are steadfast in our commitment to investing, through both actions and annual financial contributions, in the preservation of the reef.
To help deliver on this commitment, Andaz Turks & Caicos has also pledged to donate 1% of sale proceeds from each residence in the Reef Collection to benefit the Turks and Caicos Reef Fund. Together, we’re building a legacy of environmental stewardship, ensuring that our vibrant environment will continue to thrive for generations to come.
